WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
EnviroFootPrint does not accept returns. We sell primarily eco-conscious hygiene goods. It would be unethical to accept returns on these products.
We understand that taking a bite out of your ecological footprint takes both selflessness, and sacrifice.
It is our mission to offer you the most convenient and cost affordable environmentally friendly swaps. As well as incentivizing you to keep fighting in our global team effort against our climate crisis.
That being said, we highly encourage you to reach out to us via email at help@envirofootprint.com. We are known for our impeccable customer service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order. We ship using USPS, at which point it is out of our hands. Please make sure to contact us ASAP via email at help@envirofootprint.com directly after placing your order requesting a cancellation.

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL/ORDER MIX-UP
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/mix-up, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require photos to be sent to us via email at help@envirofootprint.com. We will be addressing these on a case by case basis.
FULL REFUNDS
All refund requests must be sent via email latest 7 days after delivery date to be applicable.
Only The following reasons will be granted a full refund:

If an order is confirmed lost. (no tracking update for 15 days)
Unfortunately we don't cover stolen or misplaced packages if the tracking number status is delivered.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
All refund requests must be sent via email latest 7 days after delivery date to be applicable.
Pictures supporting the reason for your refund request must be sent via email to qualify for a refund.
Only the following reasons will be granted a partial refund:

You were sent the wrong item/order mix-up (the applicable products will be fully refunded)

An item(s) is damaged/defective upon arrival (the applicable products will be fully refunded)
We will notify you once a member of our team has reviewed your refund request. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

WHAT MAKES YOUR SHIPPING LABELS AND TAPE COMPOSTABLE?
Shipping Labels:
Our shipping Labels Sticky Adhesive is made from natural melted rubber. We source our 100% Compostable Shipping Labels from Noissue.
Water Activated Gummed Kraft Tape:
The Water Activated Sticky Adhesive is made from Corn Starch. The face stock is made out of Kraft Paper, 50% of which is made from post consumer recycled material! Our 100% Compostable Tape is sourced from EcoEnclose.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
We ship via USPS, so once your order ships, you can typically expect to receive your order within 2-6 business days.
Please be aware that orders may take longer to arrive, due to Covid-19, as carriers work to deliver high shipping volumes. Thank you for patience and understanding.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING
Shipping carriers are experiencing a much higher volume of packages than normal this year due to Covid-19, and the fact that more Holiday Shopping is being done online from these circumstances. This is resulting in global shipping & supplies delays.
Unfortunately, any delays in transit that occur once your package is with USPS is out of our control. As much as we wish we could speed up transit times, it's out of our hands! We know how important holiday gifting is to loved ones and we encourage you to do your shopping a little earlier to make sure your order arrives on time.
No refunds will be granted for delays in shipping time and/or missed expected delivery dates. Like we said, its out of our hands! Refunds will only be given for lost packages according to the tracking number.
